Building a library

All your design files will be copied to one place, and organised so that everything is easily found.

It’s surprising how often logos and other vital images aren’t quite of press quality. We’ll double-check each one, and make it look its best for paper or screen.

Everything is backed up onto removable storage reserved for your work. Disks are kept in a fire safe away from our premises.

We’re happy to ensure that your documents are available to the press and your customers and partners whenever you ask. This could simply mean updating your online document library. Perhaps it might involve preparing material for trade journals, or distributing press releases according to your schedule. Just say the word.

Monitoring and maintenance

Have you ever checked a company website and found that the server is down, or hacked, or missing information? It can happen with even the best of web-hosting arrangements. You want to know when it does. Just ask, and we’ll check your site regularly to make sure everything is fine. If a problem crops up, we’ll contact your web hosts and set it right.
